These terms apply to orders placed on this website with 786 Infinite Ltd, trading as Johni.
Prices include VAT. Condoms are charged at the reduced rate of VAT.
Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full.
Subscriptions renew at the interval you choose until you cancel. You can skip or cancel before your next order date from your account or by email.
We aim to dispatch within one working day. Delivery is by Royal Mail.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

14 day refund

If you change your mind, you can return any unopened, sealed box within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first so we can send you the return details. We refund the product price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the box back.

Condoms and other intimate health products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, for hygiene reasons. This does not affect faulty items, below.

We collect your name, delivery address, email address and order history to fulfil orders and manage subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
The legal basis is performance of our contract with you. We keep order records for six years for tax purposes.
We share data only with our payment provider, our delivery carrier and our website host.
Your basket is saved in your own browser so it survives a page refresh. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by email. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
